New pension rules
Published on:
We regularly update our pension regulations. There are two recent changes we would like to share with you:
- Are you and your colleagues collectively transferring from one company to another? And are both companies affiliated with PME? Then your participation in the scheme continues as normal. There are no changes in the partner pension either. Your employer must, however, report this to PME.
- Do you stop working for an employer affiliated with PME? Then you can opt to voluntarily continue your pension accrual with PME. In that case you continue to accrue pension with us, but you pay all or part of the contribution yourself. What is new is that you are entitled to a contribution waiver if you become incapacitated for work during this voluntary continuation. This means that your pension accrual continues in whole or in part, but you pay a lower contribution or even no contribution at all.

You can also find these amendments in the new pension regulations. Would you like to receive a copy of the regulations? Then please contact us. We have also prepared the new calculation figures for you. These are the amounts and percentages relevant to your pension accrual.
