Uniform Pension Statement (UPS)

Each year, you receive your Uniform Pension Statement (UPS) from PME. This contains important information about your pension with PME. It is a good time to check how your pension is doing. Will it be enough for later, or do you need to make additional arrangements yourself? The sooner you do that, the better.

Where can you find your UPS?

You will receive a message from us when your UPS is ready in your own mailbox. Simply log in with DigiD. If you have indicated that you would prefer to receive your pension information in paper form, you will be sent the entire UPS. You will usually receive your UPS around or during summer.

What can you see on your UPS?

Your UPS will include the following information:

  • How much contribution you – together with your employer – have paid towards your pension.
  • How much pension you accrued with us up to the end of the previous year.
  • How much pension you will receive if things go well or go badly with the economy. This also takes into account the purchasing power of your pension due to higher or lower prices.
  • What your partner and children, if relevant, will receive if you die. Do you have temporary additional pension cover for your partner (shortfall pension under the Surviving Dependants Act)? If so, you will also find this amount on your UPS.
  • Your factor A for your tax return. Factor A indicates how much pension you accrue in a year.

Are you not clear about everything on the UPS?

Watch the video in which one of our employee consultants takes you through the UPS. This will give you a quick idea of the main amounts and what they mean.
